At this time we do not accept returns, and all sales are considered final. If your product arrives damanged please contact us at support@puptivism.com Someday when we're running with the big dogs we hope to provide more flexibility, but while we're still puppies we're asking our customers donate your collar to a local shelter if you not longer need it or if it does not meet your satisfaction.
SHIPPING & HANDLING INFO
We currently ship anywhere in the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) for a flat rate of $4, plus $1.50 handling, which will be added to your purchase upon checkout.
